Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BullionDex mobile application and associated services ("Service") operated by BullionDex ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must create an account to use BullionDex. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

2. Service Description

BullionDex provides coin and bullion inventory management, AI-powered coin identification, market price data, and eBay listing tools. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about accuracy of identifications, price estimates, or market data.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription or token purchases
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Tokens are consumed when using AI identification features and do not carry over between billing periods (except purchased extra tokens)

4. AI Identification Disclaimer

AI coin identification is provided for informational purposes only. Identifications may be inaccurate. BullionDex is not a certified grading service. Do not rely solely on AI identification for purchase, sale, or grading decisions. Always verify identifications through professional numismatic services when accuracy is critical.

5. eBay Integration

• eBay listing features require linking your eBay seller account via OAuth
• You are solely responsible for all listings created through BullionDex
• You must comply with eBay's policies and terms of service
• We are not responsible for eBay transactions, disputes, or account actions
• Auto-populated listing information (title, description, item specifics) should be reviewed before publishing

6. Market Data and Pricing

Spot prices, eBay market data, and price estimates are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information. Do not make financial decisions based solely on data provided by BullionDex.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, inventory data, notes). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit it as necessary to provide the Service. We will not sell or share your inventory data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the Service
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models or service infrastructure
• Using the Service for fraudulent listings or misrepresentation of items
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullionDex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account deletion to allow recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
